  I'm leaving feedback because I had a procedure done on Monday, October 30th 2017 around 4pm. I was scheduled for 2:30p.m but of course they had to be prep me for my procedure. I've been calling almost daily to try and find out my results, I've had a nurse named Wendy contact me telling me that she doesn't have my medical file on file because I was scheduled under Dr. Bowman but Dr. Bellcaster was the one who ended up coming in and doing my procedure. I have been dealing with my medical problems for over 6 years now, I'm trying to figure out what is causing me tremendous pain. I find it very irritating that I'm having to wait this long to find out my results, why is this happening? I want someone who is willing to take me and my medical issues serious. This is the 3rd time I've been to your facility and so far I'm not happy with the service I've been given. No one there seems to care about what is going on with me and how much pain I am in on a daily basis. One time when the neurologist in your facility saw me he was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid and wondered why a doctor would refer me to a specialist like him. Well I can't tell you why and what this pain could be but I am determined to figure it out because it's causing me depression, weight gaining and loosing, appetite, family, friends, relationships, work and all the above! I want a Dr. that is willing to help me with what is going on so if this isn't the place for me please feel free to tell me so because it's ridiculous that I've waited 2 weeks for my results from my colonoscopy and endoscopy!

  This is by far the worst hospital. I brought my mom for leg swelling and pain only for her health to have gone downhill. I would constantly ask the nurses what was wrong with her as each day she'd get worse. The answer was ALWAYS "i dont know". My mom is dying now and after finally getting a dr. That knows what hes doing,(dr. Ahreef and dr. Welsh) they inform me shes in stage 4 kidney failure has heart failure among other things. Mind you i had brought my mom for other things before and they always took labs. Never once did they mention the state of her kidney or heart. Always was told oh her kidney is getting and i quote "a little damage".only reason wed come here was because its so close to our home.Please please if you love and treasure your parents DON'T BRING THEM TO LOURDES.!!!! Although there are the VERY rare nurses like letti and leslie and Diane, Terry they are the best!!!!
