  This place deserve to be off the market, not out there scamming people. I took my son for a consult because he was having tooth ache, it turned out he needed to get his wisdom tooth pulled, but when they took X rays it showed he had cavities also. I was looking at the X rays and I could see that there were spots that look like cavities so when the dentist came in to see him, he said he only had two cavities, I specifically asked him if he only had two cavities because looking at the X rays it just didn't look like if he only had two. So he did two fillings and ask us to schedule an appointment to see the other dentist to consult about his wisdom teeth, we came in and the new dentist told us he was going to take all four wisdom teeth out, the bill was going to come out to 1,459 dollars that I had to pay out of packet after the insurance paid their part, so I decided to get a second opinion. Ten days after we were in their office I took my son to a different dentist to consult about his wisdom teeth and we found out that his fillings were already broken, the new dentist fix the fillings and told me he had two more cavities, so he fixed a total of four cavities when ten days before the one who did two, told me he had only two. When I went back to the office of the first dentist and told them what happen, because they were still sending me bills without any explanation to what they were charging for, the manager told me they could not write it off because I did not go back to them to get them fix. When you go to a dentist you expect to get a good job done, how many times do you have to keep going back for them to finally get it? Over all, I am really disappointed of that Broadmoor Family dentistry, in Pasco Wa. I hope nobody goes to that place.

  If I could give them a half star, I would. I had a visitor from out of town who was having extreme tooth pain on a weekend. I called Broadmoor and they got him in, but then they merely looked at his tooth and said he needed a root canal. They didn't offer to schedule the procedure and refused to offer any type of pain control. What a waste of money! I got him into my regular dentist the Monday afterwards and he was taken care of. Don't waste your time or money at Broadmoor. Don't be taken in by the reviews that say they do emergency work. They don't.

  Outstanding staff. Patient and kind. I have been here several times because of weekend hours. This place has repaired many injury's to my teeth and I trust them.
